San Luis Obispo High School

New Classroom Building

The existing Annex Building was demolished over the summer of Summer 2016 to make room for a new 12-classroom building. The exterior of the new math classroom wing will recall the Spanish-Mediterranean influenced architecture of the original campus, taking cues from the adjacent old gymnasium. The classrooms come equipped with new energy-efficient lighting and large windows to maximize daylight. The new learning environments are modern, functional and flexible. Space, furniture, and technology are made to adapt to the students’ needs and change on the fly. The building will include new restrooms for students and staff.

Construction Cost: $8,065,548
